Orders & payments

How do I place an order?
Add your favourites to the cart, go to checkout, fill in your details and choose a payment method. Once your order is confirmed, we take care of the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.
Where can I view my order?
Sign in and open the Orders area of your account — every order and its current status is there.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates depend on your address and the items in your cart, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping options for your country are shown at checkout. If your country appears there, we ship to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you receive a confirmation email; tracking details are included when the carrier provides them.

What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. The conditions shown at checkout apply.
How do I start a return?
Message us with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will walk you through it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Are your products official?
Yes. Everything we sell comes from official brands and distributors — albums, merch and K-beauty alike.
Where do I find ingredients or product details?
Every product page lists what we have been given by the brand, including ingredients where they apply.
Will a sold-out item come back?
Often, yes. Popular items are restocked when the brand releases more — follow our socials for restock news.

What is K-StationFAM?
K-StationFAM is our free community membership — a member discount on every order, early access to new drops and invitations to members-only events.
How do I join K-StationFAM?
Create a K-Station account and you're in. There is nothing to pay.
How do I update my details?
Sign in and open the Profile area of your account.
